1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Armband Creator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use the Service. The Service is operated by Armband Creator LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company.

2. Description of Service

Armband Creator is a web-based tool that allows coaches to create custom play-call wristband PDFs for baseball and softball teams. The Service is a digital product only — no physical goods are shipped.

Key features include:

• Creating and managing custom play-call wristbands
• Generating print-ready PDF downloads
• Cloud storage of your wristband configurations
• Coach call sheet generation

3. Account & Security

To use the Service, you must create an account on armbandcreator.com. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Each purchase grants a single-user license tied to your account. Licenses are not transferable to other users or accounts.

4. Purchase & Payment

The Service is available for a one-time payment of $99 USD, processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI compliance standards.

"Lifetime access" means you retain access to the Service for as long as it remains commercially available and operational. This does not guarantee perpetual availability (see Section 9).

5. 30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. To request a refund:

• Email support@armbandcreator.com with your order number
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Upon refund, your access to the Service will be revoked

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

7. Intellectual Property

Armband Creator LLC owns all rights to the Service, including its design, code, and branding. You retain ownership of any play data and content you create using the Service.

PDFs generated by the Service are for your personal and team use. You may print and distribute them to your players and coaching staff. You may not sell or commercially distribute generated PDFs.

8. Data & Content

Your wristband configurations and generated PDFs are stored in the cloud using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Wristband configurations are retained for up to 10 years. Generated PDFs are automatically deleted after 10 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@armbandcreator.com.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may experience temporary downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or add features to the Service at any time. If we decide to discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to all registered users.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armband Creator LLC's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($99 USD). In no event shall Armband Creator LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email at the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
